Pascal Switten making the difference a “Human First” ethos
Pascal Switten, Chief Emotional Officer Rengo on “Human First”.
Pascale is Chief Emotional Officer and partner of Rengō, the company who took ownership of Cameleon in December 2020 following its bankruptcy. Pascale never aspired to become an entrepreneur, but the stars aligned when she came together with staff and partners to fight for the relaunch of a 30-year-old outlet concept. Today Cameleon is alive and kicking and owned by 46 shareholders.
In this interview Hanim talks with Pascale about her aspiration to make the difference with a ‘human first’ ethos that ensures shareholders co-construct the future of Rengo/Cameleon together. She steers towards a company where the human profitability is as important as the financial one.
